65% Sauvignon blanc, 33% Sémillon, 2% Muscadelle

Terroir

The vines are planted on the gentle slopes of the commune of Monestier. Clay-limestone soil.

Vinification

Pneumatic pressing. Cold settling for 5 to 6 days. Slow, low-temperature (18°C) fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Indigenous yeasts.

Ageing potential

1 to 2 years.

SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS

Ideal as an aperitif or serve with delicate dishes (scallops, seafood salad or white meat).

Between 8° and 10°C.
